Mt. Ellis Academy

Dear Parents:

Some of you have heard about the Kohl's contest where 20 schools will be awarded $500,000 each. The contest is based on total number of votes received by the top schools. Some of you have voted for Atholton. Thanks!! However, I have a greater challenge for you.
Please read the memo below. This is for real--not a joke. SDAs all across the US are teaming up together to help two of our sister schools survive. The one mentioned below is Mt. Ellis Academy. The other school in the running for SDA schools is Upper Columbia Academy. If you would like to help a struggling SDA school (at no cost to you), go to Facebook and cast your votes. Information is listed below.

Note: this is dated so don't delay. The deadline is Sep. 3.

RE: $500,000 Grant, Mt. Ellis Academy

The Alumni Awards Foundation has been asked to spread the word about a campaign that could bring $500,000 to an Adventist school. The Kohl's Cares for Kids Campaign on Facebook is awarding 20 top-rated schools with $500,000 grants, and Mt. Ellis Academy in Bozeman, MT is in the running (currently at #22!).
If you have a Facebook account, you can vote up to 5 times for Mt. Ellis, furthering their chance to receive the Kohl's Cares grant. Plus, you have a total of 20 votes, so be sure to vote for your other favorite Adventist schools, too!
Visit http://bit.ly/dxwyGg to vote by September 3, 2010.

Thanks for your time and interest,
